What is Affection?
Affection is a dating platform built for people looking for long-term relationships. Is that you?
What makes Affection different?
Affection embraces compatibility as the foundation for a relationship. We believe the most fulfilling relationships are ones where you are loved for exactly who you are.
How does Affection work?
After downloading the free app, you will set up your profile and finish a series of questionnaires to help us understand your personality and other important attributes that describe who you are. We recognize this may take time, but we want to take dating as seriously as you do.
From here, you can understand your compatibility with every potential connection and make informed decisions about who you want to talk to. Sound like something you’d like to try?
Is Affection free?
Affection is in active development. It will be completely free for early adopters at launch, with a subscription introduced later. There will be no paid add-ons or hidden features.
How old do I need to be to use Affection?
Everyone who joins Affection must be 18 years old or older. We intend to create a safe and responsible environment while protecting minors.
Is online dating safe?
We take your safety seriously and do all we can to protect you. Additionally, we will establish Community Guidelines which all users will agree to. You should always use common sense and be safe both online and in person. If you see something that looks off or goes against our guidelines, tell us and we’ll take care of it.
When does Affection launch?
We are aiming for early 2027 and will send updates to waitlist members as the date approaches. Connect with us on social media to follow our development journey.
